NEED TO CANCEL?

Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give us a call, send us a message or manage your booking online. If less than 12 hours notice before your appointment is given , we take 50% of the appointment as a fee. If you're cancelling within the hour of your appointment you will need to pay the full cost of your appointment.

RUNNING LATE?

We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.

No Show Policy

Sometimes life just gets away with us and we forget about appointments, because of this the first appointment you miss is on us, any missed appointments after this will need to be paid for in full before any future appointments can be booked.
